July 15, 2025
How on Earth is it already the middle of July??… As we move into the hotter months make sure you are drinking your water! A good rule of thumb is half your weight in ounces. Some experts say 10, 8 ounces which is a gallon a day. If you are on a regular workout routine make sure you add some electrolytes. So important to support our ability to absorb the water.
I’m excited to share that Kim is back in town and we have our next LOVE YOUR PELVIC FLOOR workshop coming up. Mark your calendar for July 30th 6pm-8p. Below is a run down of the workshop and the link to sign up. Hope to see you there!

Mat Class
I totally forgot! For Mat Class know that there is ONE date that is a change in time. July 30th we will be meeting for class at 10:30am.
Remember that with Vagaro if you hit that you are booking more than 1 class, if the class has a different time or not offer on the day in the sequence the System won’t let you book it. Meaning: you want to book Mat Classes. You go to your class hit 5 or 8 sessions, you go to check out and it won’t let you and get a red message. That message is telling you something along the lines of, this class isn’t available on that day/ time when that happens you have to book the class as a single class because it doesn’t have the class 5 or 8 in a row. With that said, make sure that you are booked into your classes by going into your Vagaro app, click on appointments on the bottom and see that you are indeed booked into that class(es).
See you at the Studio!
