Spring is in the air so it’s only appropriate to say “God Bless you!” “Gesundheit!” “¡Salud!”, there covered them all.

It has been noted that my schedule is filling up. The best course of action is to sign up ahead of time; the other best action is to put yourself on the waitlist. When I see that you are on the waitlist, if any time opens on that day, I will reach out to you to see if you want what has become available otherwise; if the time that you waitlisted for becomes available, it will be yours. World Pilates Day
This FREE EVENT will on May 4th at 5:30pm at Washington Park. Bring a friend, your water bottle and a mat.
World Pilates Day is happening around the globe and we will be a part of it! I love this event! One of Joe Pilates' dream was that everyone in the world would do Pilates.. All of the teachers past have made this possible by practicing the method, staying true to the Method and passing down the Method to the next generation. The Mat exercises are what Joe Pilates started with when he developed his method. It’s something you can do anytime and anywhere. “Change happens through movement and movement heals. ”- Joseph Pilates. See you on the Mat.

Pilates Fundamentals Workshop:
May 6- June 3
Wednesday 10am.
The 5-week Pilates Fundamentals Workshop offers a comprehensive exploration of essential Pilates principles, catering to both newcomers and those seeking to refine their skills. Participants will deepen their knowledge of breath control, core activation, and proper body alignment, fostering to improved health and wellness throughout the course. By the end, you will have the confidence and knowledge to go into math, classes or private instruction.

ABS ASS ASAP Series
This 6-week series runs from May 16-June10Saturday at 10am. Oh, my goodness I am excited to teach this series again.. Many moons ago I developed this series to bring toning results to my client's bodies. They all giggled when I presented it, I know that I tend to be in the line of body mechanics, kinesiology, and rehabilitation however when I was taught Pilates it was Body Conditioning that was being done and that’s what I started out with when I first started teaching. Just a good solid workout.

Sound Healing
Heather is back for another night of Sound Healing. This session May 23rd at 7pm is focused on Affirmations and Mantras. Affirmations are declarations of truth, or the act of confirming a positive assertion. This helps the mind to validate and strengthen beliefs and emotions. Mantras (a Sanskrit word meaning manas "mind" and tra "tool") are sacred sounds or words/phrases that promote mindfulness and reduce stress. This is a time to connect to your Spirit guides through sound internally and externally. See you at the sound immersion,
